1. Risk warning & "not advice"

Verllora is an educational tool for testing and paper-trading trading ideas. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptocurrency or other asset.

• No real trading. Verllora never places real orders and never touches real money or any brokerage account. All trades shown are simulated ("paper") on historical or live prices.
• Hypothetical results. Backtests and paper results are hypothetical. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, assume orders fill at modelled prices, and do not reflect real slippage, fees, liquidity, outages or emotions. Past and simulated performance does not predict future results. No representation is made that any strategy will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
• Markets are risky. Trading and investing in stocks, crypto and other assets can lose you money, up to and beyond your whole stake. Prices and data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
• Your decisions are yours. If you act in real markets based on anything you did or saw here, you do so entirely at your own risk. Before making any real financial decision, speak to a licensed, regulated professional in your country.
• Verllora and the operator of Verllora are not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or financial institution, and are not registered or licensed as any of these.

2. Terms of Use

By creating an account, using guest mode, or otherwise using Verllora (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by the operator of Verllora ("we", "us").

2.1 Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter a contract. You must not use the Service where it would break the law that applies to you.

2.2 What the Service is

The Service lets you backtest trading strategies on historical data, search settings, build your own strategies, and run simulated ("paper") strategies on live prices. It is provided for personal, educational and research use only. It does not provide trading, brokerage, custody or money-transmission services.

2.3 Your account

Keep your password and two-step codes secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

2.4 Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for anything illegal, or to break any rule that applies to you.
• Don't attack, overload, probe, reverse-engineer or try to break into the Service or the server it runs on.
• Don't resell, redistribute or scrape the Service or any price data obtained through it.
• If you connect your own data key (for example Alpaca), you confirm it is yours and that your use follows that provider's own terms. That data is used only to serve you, and is never shown to other users or resold.
• Don't use the Service to give others financial advice as if it came from us.

2.5 Third-party data & services

Market prices come from third parties such as Binance and (with your own key) Alpaca. The "Build with AI" feature uses your own chatbot account (for example ChatGPT) under that provider's terms; we do not send your data to it. All such data and services belong to their owners, are provided "as is", may be delayed, wrong or unavailable, and are subject to those owners' terms. We are not responsible for third-party data or services.

2.6 Paid plans

Some features need a paid plan. Any payment is arranged directly with us and granted by a code or by us setting your plan; the Service itself does not process card payments. Paid plans are time-limited and end on the date shown in your account, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Prices shown on codes are reminders only. Plans do not auto-renew. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

Refunds. You may ask for a refund within 14 days of your payment, provided you have not substantially used the paid features during that time, by emailing us. We will refund the amount you paid us, by the same method where possible. After 14 days, or once the paid features have been substantially used, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can end a paid plan early at any time from your Account; ending it early does not by itself create a refund beyond this clause. Nothing here removes any mandatory refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

2.7 Your content

Strategies and settings you create stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Service for you. Don't upload anything unlawful or that isn't yours to use.

2.8 "As is", no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It runs on small self-hosted hardware and may be slow, go offline, lose data, or change or stop at any time without notice.

2.9 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator of Verllora and anyone involved in making the Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any lost profits, lost data, or any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised such loss was possible. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) US$50.

2.10 Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

2.11 Changes & ending

We may change these Terms or the Service at any time; the "last updated" date will change, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the new Terms. You may stop and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may end or limit your access at any time.

2.12 Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes are subject to the courts of Israel, as far as the law allows. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

3. Privacy Policy

We keep data collection small and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

3.1 What we hold

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed (not readable) password.
• Security: if you turn on two-step login, its secret, stored encrypted; login counters and timestamps.
• Optional data key: if you connect an Alpaca key, it is stored encrypted and used only to fetch your price data.
• Your work: the backtests, strategies, setups and usage counts you create.
• Server logs: short technical logs, including your IP address, kept to run the Service securely and to limit abuse.

3.2 Why & how

We use this only to provide, secure and support the Service and to enforce plan limits. Secrets are encrypted at rest and passwords are hashed. Cookies are used only for your login session and to protect forms (no tracking or advertising cookies).

3.3 Sharing

We don't sell or rent your data. Data reaches a third party only when you choose to use that feature — for example prices from Binance or (with your key) Alpaca. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

3.4 Keeping & deleting

We keep your data while your account exists. Guest accounts and their data are deleted automatically within 24 hours. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us.

3.5 Children & location

The Service is not for anyone under 18. It is hosted in Israel; by using it you understand your data is processed there.
